Make Your Blog More Popular A 43 video Course Will Teach You How

Everything You Needed To Know About WordPress In 43 Step-By-Step Videos!

6 Tips For Blogging Success!

If you want to make money through blogging, creating a popular blog is the key to success. If your blog receives very little traffic,  you will not have much success monetizing it. No matter which method you use to make money from your blog, you will find the most success if you have a large readership. Because of this, making your blog popular and growing readership should be one of your primary concerns.

There are many ways to make your blog more popular.

The first thing you should consider is who your audience is and who you are writing for. You should always write about something that interests you, and that will interest others. You may think that your new kitten is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but there are probably not very many other people who want to read a blog about it. It is best to find a niche audience that is large enough to support a wide readership but not to vague.

One of the great things about blogging is that you do not have to be a professional writer to have a popular blog.

You do have to obey common grammatical rules and at least be able to put together coherent sentences, but you do not have to be a highly skilled writer

  • Blog readers are looking for interesting, relevant topics to
read, not the next work of Shakespeare. Make sure what you write
is interesting, edgy, or even controversial. Popular blogs are
    never boring
and add value to readers lives either through
information or entertainment. Make sure your blog adds something of
    value
to your readers life otherwise you will not develop a large
    fan base.
  • Making your blog popular is a lot like driving traffic to a
website. You can use many of the same techniques to drive traffic
to your blog. Finding places to link back to your blog is a good
way to drive traffic. Social sites such as Myspace, Facebook, and
You tube provide lots of opportunities for this. You can also use
social book marking sites such as Reddit, StumbleUpon, and Digg to
    promote your blog.
Blogging on a popular blog site such as
Wordpress and Blogger are also good ways to make your blog more
popular as these blogging sites help to bring in traffic for your
    blog.
  • Whether you blog on a blogging network or you have an
independently hosted blog, you need to make sure your blog is
    designed well.
It is true that content is king and if a blog has
great content is may receive lots of traffic even though it is
ugly, having a well designed blog that is not ugly or annoying will
help to drive repeat traffic. You want your blog to look unique,
but not too unique. Keep with internet formalities such as blue
links and use large font for headings.
  • You should break your post up into small paragraphs each with a
headline if possible as internet readers tend to scan the screen
looking for relevant information rather than reading everything
word for word. Make sure your colors do not contrast too harshly
and that the text is easy to read. Using good design will make your
blog aesthetically pleasing and make readers more likely to come
back and remain on your page.
  • No matter where your blog is hosted, you should try to get it
indexed by all the major search engines.
    Some forms of blog
monetization require that your blog be indexed by search engines
before they will allow you to participate in your program. The
higher ranked your blog is, the more visitors you will receive and
the more popular your blog will become.
  • All forms of monetization for your blog require readers to work
successfully. Before you try to implement your monetization
strategies, make sure your blog has enough readers to make your
efforts work. If there is no one to click your ads, visit your
affiliate sites, or read your reviews, you do not stand much of a
chance of making money. Want to start building your blog empire?
Then watch over my should and see how I set up and modify a blog
    from start to finish.

The great planet show of May is underway. If you get up before sunrise and look in an eastward direction, you should be able to see the planetary alignments of Jupiter, Mars,Mercury and Venus.

Students of astrology will be interested to know that the combined energies of these planets confer a cosmic gift of excitement and success. (In some cases, too much excitement. ) Enjoy.

RSA Animate – Changing Education Paradigms

May 11th, 2011

GardenRack. Move It Inside When Summer is Done No Bend, No Kneel Gardening At Its Best! Click Here!

I love this version of a talk that Sir Ken Robinson did for RSA.  A leader in the development of education and creativity, he addresses some points that I’ve been making for years.

Some of my own views

The current educational system is a factory . I would argue that it’s a factory set up to crank out factory workers. Creativity is sacrificed. In this day and age there are very few people who will find lifelong employment at their local factory. It’s a new century. The average person can expect to change employment or even careers several times in the lives. Creativity is necessary as a survival/success skill more than ever as modern life changes at an exponential rate. Why then, do we focus on a mode of learning that rewards passivity? Sit still, raise your hand, don’t talk ,ask permission , focus on this until the bell tells you to focus on that, memorize this, parrot this back. With so many strides made is psychology, especially educational psychology, why do we focus on only one type of learning style? (’Cause Lord help you if your child is kinetic.)

I’ll also take this one step further. The current system creates individuals who are so disconnected from themselves that most young people don’t have a clue what they want to do after high school. Follow their passion? What passion? Enthusiasm is ridiculed from early on. Excellence is nerdy. This isn’t just an educational problem. It’s cultural. We need to re think the paradigm.

Energy Healing Explained…… Scientists Discover That Energy Healing Really Works.

May 10th, 2011

Energy Healing Explained…… Scientists Discover That Energy Healing Really Works.… Energy medicine proposes that imbalances in the body’s “energy field” result in illness, and that by re-balancing the body’s energy-field health can be restored.

The US-based National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM)

divides the practice of “energy medicine” into two general categories:

Putative,

Forms of energy of which scientific investigation has not confirmed the existence such as chi or prana.

Practitioners of putative energy treat illness by manipulation of healing energy. This type of energy medicine is known s biofield energy healing of spiritual healing. Other therapies that fall into this category are estoteric healing, acupuncture,Reiki, biofield energy healing and related concepts involving the notion of Qi, the similar idea of Prana in Indian Ayurvedic medicine as well as Therapeutic Touch (”Distance Healing”) and prayer.

Veritable, forms of energy such as electromagnetism whose existence has been confirmed and proven by scientific investigation.

Types of Veritable Energy Medicine” include magnet therapy and light therapy, and

sound waves.

If you have never heard of energy healing or never tried it may I suggest a great course that might help you even if you have a medical condition that never seems to get better. The course is called Energy Healing for Everyone“:

Why Knowing Your “RealAge” Can Help You Stay Young Longer

Why Knowing Your “RealAge” Can Help You Stay Young Longer

When we’re young, it’s only natural to feel invincible.

Then, as we hit our 30’s and then our 40’s, we start to understand that the human body can’t go on forever. But, why is it that some people stay healthy and vigorous well into their 80’s and 90’s, while others don’t make it past their 60’s?  Part of the answer can be attributable to genetics, and of course, dangerous habits like smoking can also contribute to an early demise.

But, scientists are also discovering more and more factors that contribute to longevity.  And, the really exciting news is that most of these factors can be controlled.

Dr. Michael Roizen and Dr. Mehmet Oz, two world-class doctors, decided to tackle this issue head-on in their New York Times bestselling YOU book series.

The World Is Run By Crazy People

May 8th, 2011

GardenRack. Move It Inside When Summer is Done No Bend, No Kneel Gardening At Its Best! Click Here!

Sometimes I think that the world is run by crazy people. Just in time for Mother’s Day, we have this story. Does any sane logical human being think that this is a good idea? Hmnn, let’s feed drugs to pregnant women to prevent their babies from being born obese. Really?

But wait, it gets better.

This nonsense is government funded. Yep, take this pill,’cause you’re a fat cow and the government is scared that you’re baby will be a heifer too.  Diet?  Exercise? How pedestrian. Pop a pill.  It’s perfectly safe. After all , it’s administered by the NHS.   Everyone knows that the shiny stamp of officialdom means that you’re in safe hands.

Here’s a thought.  Fat baby heifers aren’t the problem.  Too many piggies at the government trough and too many docile sheep are.

Soul Mates

May 7th, 2011

GardenRack. Move It Inside When Summer is Done No Bend, No Kneel Gardening At Its Best! Click Here!

I think that there’s a misconception of what a soul mate is.  (Or that we only have one soul mate.) We actually have many soul mates. Some incarnate in this lifetime to help us learn certain lessons. Others incarnate at other roads and junctions along our spiritual journey. (or rather, our “earthly journey”.) And some may choose not to incarnate with us at all. Such is “life”.  These are the people that we listen too. Someone else may say the same thing to us, but when our soul mates say it, we pay attention. (And it’s not always sunshine and roses.)
